If you find yourself in a relationship with a co-worker, try to keep it as lowkey as possible. Donīt let everyone around you know about it. Donīt encourage people in the office to talk to you about it and donīt allow any open displays of affection in your office setting. This is not to suggest that you keep your relationship a secret {unless your workplace has rules against it} but you should keep the appearances of strictly friendship or others around you will be uncomfortable and judgemental. Back to tip list - Submit a tip - EXTRA SEAFOOD SOUP Ingredients: 1. 1/2 onion, thin sliced 2. 1/2 cup chopped green onions including tops 3. 1 1/2 garlic, chopped fine 4. 1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped 5. 1/2 green bell pepper, seeded and diced 6. 1 1/2 cups tomato sauce 7. 1/2 cup dry white wine 8. 1/2 cup water 9. 1/8 teaspoon thyme, crushed 10. 1/8 teaspoon rosemary, crushed 11. 1/2 teaspoon salt 12. 1/8 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper 13. 1/2 bay leaf 14. 8 ounces crab meat, or firm white fish cubed 15. 8 ounces shrimp 16. 3 scallops, and/or clams in the shell Preparation>Combine onions and garlic and cook, covered, over low heat until soft, stirring frequently so they don't scorch. Add parsley, bell pepper, tomato sauce, wine, water, thyme, rosemary, salt, pepper and bay leaf and simmer, cover for 1 hour. Add crab or white fish, shrimp, scallops or clams and cook, covered, for 8-10 minutes or until scallops or clam shells open. Discard any shells that do not open. Makes 2 Servings. SPORTY DRUMETTES Ingredients: 1. 1/4 cup very finely crushed nacho cheese flavored tortilla chips 2. 1/4 beaten egg 3. 2 tablespoons milk 4. 1 pound disjointed chicken wings Preparations: Place crushed chips into a shallow bowl. Combine egg and milk and mix well. Moisten chicken with milk mixture, allowing excess to drip off. Coat chicken evenly with tortilla chips, shaking off excess place into a parchment-lined baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Serve chilled or at room temperature. Makes 2 Servings.
